INLINE SKATING FOR SENIORS? 

ABSOLUTELY!!

Many Doctors say that in-line skating actually slows the aging process. But how can an activity as fun and easy as skating make you feel years younger? The answer is simple. Exercise.

Always tired? Not feeling 100%? In-line skating improves circulation, enhances the debilitating habit of shallow breathing. This may be the onset of a disease since breathing becomes more rapid and blood oxygen levels decrease. By failing to dilate arteries, shallow breathing causes loss of arterial flexibility and can result in heart palpitations and chest pains.

Exercise activities like in-line skating effectively increase the body's anaerobic capacity, oxygenating blood, burning off excess calories, creating lean muscle tissue and increasing immune response. 

The health benefits of skating do not end there. In-line skating massages the heart, increasing and decreasing the heart rate with every deep breath. Fluctuations in blood pressure as a result of skating keep blood vessels supple making you healthier.

As well as being a very effective tool for improving breathing and overall health, in-line skating teaches the body balance, systematic positive movement, and coordination. Active participants find themselves happier, healthier and more ready to deal with lifes challenges.

Western medicine has everyone believing that good health comes only from the pill bottle. This is simply not true and serves only the interests of the drug companies. Every human body requires proper nutrition, oxygen and exercise. One of the best ways to provide these fundamentals is through in-line skating. 

Look good, feel good, and slow the aging process by inline skating!!
